The objective of infrared electrical inspection (thermographic survey) is to survey designated electrical equipment to identify defective components and higher temperatures within your power distribution system. If undetected or untreated by an electrical system thermographic infrared survey these “hot spots” can cause fire, explosion, equipment failure, or electrical service interruption.
